Located right off Hwy 57, it’s easy to locate as you head through Bailey’s Harbor. The brewery is kid-friendly and dog friendly as well. In summer, you’ll usually find several dogs camped under tables in the beer garden. The tall tables inside the brewery may be hard to have a younger child sit with you, but we successfully brought our clip-on high chair that fits perfectly on the table. Be careful on colder or rainy days if you want a seat inside, it will get crowded fast, and you may find yourself standing until a table opens up. Parking is always reasonable, with plenty of spaces on the streets around the brewery.

Ambiance
One of the best things about Door County Brewing Company is its beer garden. This outdoor area is perfect for those warm summer days and provides a great spot to sit back and enjoy a cold beer. The brewery’s beer garden is tucked around the back of the building, and there are plenty of picnic tables and benches to sit and enjoy your drinks. Whether visiting with friends or on your own, you’ll love spending time in the beer garden. There are also several tables in front of the brewery to lounge and enjoy your beers as you watch the activities unfolding in Bailey’s Harbor.
In addition to beer, Door County Brewing Company also offers a variety of board games for guests to play. There are always various games to entertain the whole family or just a couple within the taproom. The brewery’s taproom is the perfect place to spend an afternoon with friends, and it’s a great way to enjoy some friendly competition while you’re there.
Drinks
Our favorite part of the brewery is, of course, the delicious beer. There are always plenty of options, and they do offer flights or full pours of their beers that are currently on tap. The menu has its staples but also features seasonal or rotating beers from the brewery. The menu is usually half Door County Brewing Company and the other half Hacienda Brewing Company beers. Hacienda beers are usually more flavorful than standard wheat or lager beers. We’ve found lots of good sours and IPAs from Hacienda that keep us coming back to see what’s new.
They do have non-alcoholic options and soda for the kids.
Food
A highlight of Door County Brewing Company is its food options from DCBC Eats. Located just next door to the brewery with a menu of delicious options, including BBQ Nacho Box (our favorite) and BBQ sandwiches. The food truck is an excellent option if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat while you’re at the brewery, and it’s the perfect way to pair a cold beer with a delicious meal.
